Vintage Estate Georgian / Deco 16 Palest Rose Quartz 5 Cabochon Necklace Silver

Quite simply beautiful, a gorgeous vintage Georgian to Art Deco silver chain necklace of 16, so strictly speaking a choker, though longer than that which passes for a choker today, the cabochons sitting exactly on the collar bone. The chain & silver mounts are not stamped which was the norm for the day, tests for high grade silver & will discolor over time. Looks unworn & the workmanship is sublime one of the loveliest baby pink cabochon necklaces I have seen in a while, possibly given as a Birthday gift in January.

Note that these stones are natural, have not been dyed, have veining & natural invisible imperfections when viewed under a loup. Consisting of a row of 5 rose pink quartz cabochons each set with 4 classic Georgian split claws, the largest to the center being 1.8mm.

6" x 1.2mm (4, ") , the necklace length is 41cm (16) , with lovely strong spring clasp, measure against other necklaces yo`u own, for his will not fit a chubby neck.
