This beautiful and unique pendant is artist designed and hand crafted. It features a large teardrop Milky Rose Quarts that is 15mm x 11mm x 9mm (it is just over 7 carats). There is also a halof of 36 Natural Diamonds and 38 Natural Pink Quartz that are 1mm (the three at the top are 2mm).
