ART NOUVEAU ROSE QUARTZ Pearl 10K Lavaliere Style Filigree NECKLACE 10K Estate

Rose quartz is said to attract love to the wearer-- can you think of anything more perfect to adorn a bride on her wedding day? This gorgeous necklace could certainly be worn on any occasion! Its so feminine and romantic. The rose quartz oval cabochon measures about 19x14mm and is estimates to weigh about 9.5 carats. Its a medium pink with wonderful translucence. It does have some inclusions which is common for rose quartz, but in this case they criss cross to form what looks like a star such as you would see in a sapphire. The quartz is held in a bezel of 10K white gold (marked and tested) and it has a fancy filigree bail that connects to the necklace. There are 3 cream colored pearls, each about 2.5mm in diameter adorning the pendant. The necklace itself is about 16 inches long and the pendant drops about 45mm or 1.8 inches. The drop is 16mm wide. The chain is 10K white gold and is marked on the clasp which is an early spring ring.

I would date this around the late 1910s to early 1920s. This piece is ready to wear! It weighs 3.8 grams.
