Antique Reverse on Glass/Essex Crystal Gold-Filled Jockey Charm (No Tick Here)

A fine antique equestrian or horse racing charm. With a reverse on glass painted (or possibly Essex crystal) jockey figure bezel-set in a gold-plated setting. The reverse has a carved black onyx faux clock face with the words ("no tick here").

Simply a wonderful horse racing equestrian charm! It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition. There is content haze under the crystal. There are two sections of the crystal that look to be slightly bruised (basically visible only under the bezel it seems). There is a wiggle at the joint of the yoke, which appears to have possibly been resoldered at one point. Otherwise, there is some light edge wear, some fine and light surface scratches, and other signs of light wear consistent with age. Gold filled and unmarked for fineness.
